Refund policy

Our refund policy ensures your satisfaction with every purchase. Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For damaged or defective items, contact our team with photos for expedited resolution. Swimwear and intimate items cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
